Spring Concert

On Sunday 22nd April we will be hosting a Spring Concert in church to celebrate the renovation of the church organ and give thanks for the Open Garden event, taking place from 12 until 5pm on the same day. There will be poetry readings, organ and various instrumental music pieces and choir songs, beginning at 6:30pm with teas and coffees. Donations in aid of the organ fund and church building renovations will be gratefully accepted: a clipboard is available at the back of church, if you wish to register to help or donate anything towards the day!

Pennington Poppets

A new toddler and carer group, Pennington Poppets, will be meeting at the St Mark’s Community Hall on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month 9.00-11:00am. (term time only).  Adults £1.50, Children free.  Please invite friends and neighbours with pre-school children.

Palm Sunday Procession

We will have our usual procession with palms preceding our Palm Sunday service from the Community Hall to the church.  Anyone who would like to join us is most welcome, and we will gather in time to set off around 9:25am. See you there!

Jars of Change for Water Aid in Lent

Why not make a difference through donation this Lent?  We’ve labels in church for your empty jam jars, if you want to save towards Water Aid, during this Lenten period.

Home insurance and your local church?
