Sunday 5th November is the start of the new year for the Envelope Giving Scheme.  If you kindly donate in this manner, please collect your envelopes from the back of Church.

Remembrance 2017

We will be holding our Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial at 10:45am on Saturday 11 November, and there will be a communion service for Remembrance at 9:30am in church on 12 November concluding with a short Act of Remembrance within the church.

Childrens Society Collection

We ask that any collection box holders return their Children’s Society Boxes, if they have not already done so for this year.

Traidcraft

Don’t forget we have lots on offer on our Traidcraft table! From chocolate to toilet rolls, pasta to gifts – speak to Pat Wright or the church wardens if there’s anything that you’re looking for? A catalogue is available to peruse.

Service of Thanksgiving for our Health Care

On Sunday 22nd October at 3pm, please join Linda Lee, the hospital chaplin, in the out patients department of Lymington hospital. Please come along to find out more about her role and support your local hospital, in this special service.

Confirmation

Nicola, a regular member of our congregation at 9.30am, will be confirmed at Romsey Abbey on Sunday 26th November at their 10:00am service. We would like to offer Nicola our support as she takes this important step in her life, so we will be cancelling our 9:30am service here that day so we can join her at Romsey.  We will arrange for transport by coach, so please could you sign up at the back of church by 5 November.

Update on our Interregnum

Our parish profile – a guide to our parish for a new priest, effectively – has been accepted and an advert has been entered into the Church Times for the position! We’ll share more information on the process as this develops.
